Daniel Perez Jr.
Mr. Perez, a fluent Spanish speaker, has been advocating for clients across a broad demographic for over fourteen years, specializing in the areas of Personal Injury and Criminal law. Prior to practicing in the private sector, Mr. Perez served as an Assistant State Attorney in Topeka, Kansas and then later in Florida's Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court. Mr. Perez has extensive litigation experience in his fourteen-year career, taking a wide variety of cases to jury trial, from assault and battery to felony murder.
In addition to being admitted to practice in Florida State courts, Mr. Perez is also admitted to practice in Federal Court at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. In his time away from the practice, Mr. Perez enjoys spending his time with his wife and two boys, as well as partaking in fishing and scuba diving.
