Ronald K. Widman
Ron Widman is a native Floridian who was raised in both the Tampa Bay and South Florida areas.
Mr. Widman is a graduate of the Florida State University (B.A.) where he earned his degree in Business Management.
He served proudly and with distinction in the United States Armed Services. He is a graduate of the Special Forces Qualification Course (Green Beret) held at the John F. Kennedy Center at Ft Bragg, NC.
Mr. Widman has served as a member of the 3rd Battalion, 7th Special Forces Group in Latin America and as a member of the 46th Company in Southeast Asia. As a Green Beret Mr. Widman has completed over 300 parachute jumps from military aircraft.
In his last military assignment Mr. Widman was selected to be an instructor at the U.S. Army Intelligence Center & Command at Ft Huachuca, AZ. His primary course of instruction was taught at the field grade and general officer grade levels.
As a Casualty Claims Adjuster for Allstate Insurance Company he was responsible for the evaluation, investigation and resolution of cases throughout west Florida.
Mr. Widman began his tenure at the Florin Roebig law firm in 1986 and is currently this firm's Case Manager. He is responsible for the oversight and management of a team of experienced professionals who collect and forensically evaluate evidence, investigate and evaluate case facts; and prepare case presentations for successful resolution or prosecution.
Mr. Widman has been a guest lecturer at Stetson Law School as well as for other business and professional groups speaking on insurance indemnity issues.
Mr. Widman is married and the father of three adult daughters.
